In observance of International Women In Engineering Day (June 23), GGB asked three GLI engineers to talk about their careers, the paths they took to get there, and their ascent in what was once a male-dominated profession. Sangeeta Reddy, vice president of engineering, is based in Las Vegas. Virginia Hollis, senior manager of engineering, works in the Denver lab. Melissa Aarskaug is vice president of cybersecurity at Bulletproof, a GLI company. They spoke with GGB Managing Editor Marjorie Preston via zoom in June.
