It seems like just yesterday, but the debut of the Wheel of Fortune slots took place 25 years ago. As the director of premium content for IGT, Boris Hallerbach is responsible for keeping the product fresh and profitable. He explains the roots of the Wheel of Fortune game, how important it is as brand, and why players continue to gravitate to the games. For the 25th anniversary, IGT has special promotions planned for players and will display all the new Wheel of Fortune slots at the Indian Gaming trade show in July and G2E in October. Hallerbach spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros from his home office in May.
