GLI Names Client Services Representative

Gaming Laboratories International has named 25-year gaming industry veteran Raul Bouchot as senior client services representative.

Leading gaming testing company Gaming Laboratories International LLC has appointed veteran gaming executive Raul Bouchot as senior client services representative.

In that role, Bouchot will be providing “personalized customer service” to the company’s gaming and lottery clients “across the country and around the world,” said the company in a press release.

“We are happy to welcome Raul to the client services team here at GLI,” said Justine Clay, GLI manager of client services. “Raul brings a wealth of gaming industry experience to his new position as senior client services representative. His expertise will no doubt enhance our ability to deliver world-class customer service to our valued clients.”

Bouchot has more than 25 years of experience in the gaming industry, having held key executive management positions with several gaming companies.

“His skill set includes a strong emphasis on the Australasia, European and Latin American gaming sectors,” said Clay. “He also brings a broad range of knowledge regarding slots and live and electronic table games.”
