GLI Names GM for Africa

Gaming Laboratories International has named Devon Dalbock as general manager of GLI Africa, responsible for testing and support for customers in South Africa and the surrounding region.

Leading gaming testing company Gaming Laboratories International announced that Devon Dalbock has been named general manager of GLI Africa.

Dalbock joins GLI with over 20 years of management-level experience with organizations ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to multinational companies. He has been a part of a network of business contacts throughout South Africa, the U.S., Europe and Australia.

Dalbock previously was business unit manager at Global Payment Technologies, where he was challenged with designing and implementing a successful go-to-market strategy for the gaming business unit, managed direct lead generation and marketing activities and supervised relationships with casino equipment manufacturers.

He also was systems business unit manager at Aristocrat Technologies Africa, where he was responsible for building and maintaining a positive image and infrastructure to support the existing customer base, growing the recurring revenue stream to ensure long-term stability and building a research and development capability to ensure agility.
