
The Nevada Gaming Control Board was really the first organization to regulate casino gaming. A.G. Burnett, the chairman of the agency, understand the legacy as well as the future. He talks about how the board has approached various issues facing the Nevada industry and how he deals with a legislative schedule that doesn’t always fit with a regulatory schedule. As the first state to legalize iGaming in the U.S., Burnett believes that the steps taken by the board have made Nevada the leader in iGaming in the U.S. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros from his offices in Carson City in April.
