Eileen Moore was pursuing a career in the hospitality industry when Caesars Entertainment came calling. After being hired for her expertise in data analysis, she fulfilled her dream of getting into property management. Today, she is a regional president for Caesars Entertainment, overseeing operations at the Linq, the Flamingo and the Cromwell on the east side of the Las Vegas Strip. As the cover subject of the September issue of GGB, she talks about her career in the industry and how being a woman was both an advantage and a challenge. She explains how she’s leading development on the east Strip Vegas properties and what she has planned to improve those facilities.
