Felix Rappaport, a former Wynn and MGM executive, was appointed president and CEO of Foxwoods more than two years ago. Since that time, Foxwoods has improved its financial performance and backed away from the fiscal cliff it was approaching. Rappaport explains how his team has approached their task, the simple solutions they employed to improve performance, and how the Mashantucket Pequots now have a five-year plan for Foxwoods. He also discusses the New England market and how Foxwoods will respond to two massive casinos being built in Massachusetts.
