Social gaming has become quite the buzzword in the casino industry. Studies have shown that when casinos can connect with customers and potential customers via social games on mobile devices or the internet, those customers become loyal players. Greentube, a division of Novomatic, has developed a new product, Greentube Pro, that allows smaller casinos to get into the game at a reasonable cost with all the bells and whistles offered by some of the larger technology companies. Gabriel Cianchetto, the president of market development for Greentube North America, explains how the system works, what the advantages are for the smaller casinos, and why it’s so important that casinos touch their customers on a daily basis in today’s world.
