Last week’s edition of Indian Gaming 2018 brought the AGA President and CEO Geoff Freeman together with the chairman of the National Indian Gaming Association Ernie Stevens. The two talked about the unity of views on the issue of legal sports betting in the United States, as well as convergence on any gaming issue considered by the federal government. In this interview, recorded soon after G2E, Freeman talks about many issues facing gaming on the state and federal level, as well as challenges that wait ahead. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros at the Mandarin Oriental in Las Vegas in late October 2017.
