Paul Gordon, the senior vice president of sales for Rymax Marketing, gaming’s most successful gifting agency, says that gas cards don’t work. When casinos considering the kinds of gifts to give to their players, Gordon believes that it takes a lot of research and understanding your player base. He spoke with GGB Publisher Roger Gros via Zoom from his office in New Jersey in July.
