International markets present unique challenges to slot manufacturers. Each region of the world has different preferences and opinions concerning their slot play. This makes it particularly difficult for sales executives to create products that fulfill those desires. But IGT’s international sales head Sabby Gill has the experience and knowledge that makes a difference. He explains how he crafts different products for different markets and how things like systems, platforms and cabinets can appeal to a wide cross section of players. Gill discusses the recent purchase of IGT by GTECH (although it hadn’t been concluded at the time of this interview) and what it will mean to a larger, more inclusive company.
