Amaya Gaming of Montreal has announced the appointment of Marlon Goldstein as its new executive vice-president of corporate development and general counsel.
Goldstein was a principal shareholder in the corporate and securities practice at the international law firm Greenberg Traurig. He also was the co-chairman of that company’s gaming practice, which represented gaming companies, investment banks and lenders in financing transactions.
“With his strong background in gaming, governance, finance and M&A, Marlon has the experience and expertise to oversee our legal team and help us achieve our corporate objectives,” Amaya Gaming CEO David Baazov said in a statement.
Amaya provides gaming products and services including casino, poker, sportsbook, platform, lotteries and slot machines
