Greene Named GM at Trop Greenville

Industry veteran Roscoe Greene has been named general manager at Trop Greenville in Mississippi, which will complete a $10 million renovation in October. Greene worked for Caesars Entertainment for 25 years before becoming senior vice president and assistant general manager at Penn National Gaming's Harrah's New Orleans Casino.

Trop Greenville in Mississippi has hired Roscoe Greene as its general manager. Most recently Greene worked for Penn National Gaming, joining the company in 2005 as senior vice president and assistant general manager at Hollywood Casino Aurora. Prior to that he worked for Caesars Entertainment for 25 years, rising to senior vice president and general manager at Harrah’s New Orleans Casino.

A native of Las Vegas, Greene majored in hospitality management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and in business management at Aurora University, in Aurora, Illinois.

Trop Greenville’s $10 million expansion will be completed in October and employ 120 people.
