The Grosvenor Casino Luton in Bedfordshire, UK, has wrapped up a major renovation that added a 200-capacity poker room, 30 table games and 40 slot machines with bigger jackpots of up to £20,000. A new lounge was also added during the £3.5 million (US.4 million) upgrade.
The Rank Group says it is confident it will meet 2015 projections, with overall revenues up 8 percent on a like-for-like basis, reported SBC News. For its Grosvenor enterprises, Rank saw a 9 percent uptick in land-based operations and a 56 percent rise in digital gaming for a total 12 percent increase for the 15-week period leading into October.
