Playtech Retail will deploy its Neon casino management system across all 55 Grosvenor-branded casinos across the U.K.
According to Playtech officials, the deal follows the recent completion of a Neon roll out across all 43 Genting Casinos in the U.K. and, once complete, will mean that more than 90 percent of U.K. casinos have selected Playtech Retail to supply its industry-leading casino management system.
Grosvenor Casinos will use Neon to manage customers and track player data, guest relations and cash desk operations, and support the group’s responsible gaming, anti-money-laundering and security activities.
The group will also implement the Neon Analytics business intelligence platform, including a suite of custom dashboards designed to meet the specific needs of its venue and head-office management teams.
Grosvenor’s Neon system will be the most technically advanced retail casino system in the world, the company said, delivering a browser-based HTML5 user interface via a Microsoft Azure Cloud platform. Playtech will provide a comprehensive implementation and management service for the software and platform.
Playtech Retail’s Neon platform is a core component of the Playtech ONE omni-channel solution, which connects retail and online gaming operations, maximizing cross-channel player conversion, and provides operators with a single customer view of their customers.
