Electronic gaming designers and software developers Grover Gaming Inc. of Greenville, North Carolina announced it has acquired the assets of Virginia gambling distributors V-TABS LLC and Newmarket Entertainment LLC.
V-TABS, the oldest distributor in the state’s electronic pull tab program, helped pave the way for charitable gaming in Virginia. Newmarket Entertainment is the largest distributor of electronic pull tabs in the state.
Grover Gaming President Garrett Blackwelder said, “We have provided the software and games to these fine distributors since they both started in Virginia. We look forward to providing their customers and players with even better games and expanding the excellent customer service to which they are already accustomed.”
Blackwelder added, “We are excited about having an office in Virginia and expanding on the great work the employees of these two companies have done. We are also happy to welcome the majority of those employees to the Grover Gaming family.”
