GVC last week announced that Roni Maman will be joining the organization in the newly created role of vice president of business operations. The new role will include responsibility for the structure, processes and execution of customer services within the group Maman brings extensive experience in operations and a strong and proven track record in customer services and customer engagement. He will report directly into Shay Segev, the Group’s Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to joining the Group, Maman was with 888 Holdings, where he has served in a variety of senior management positions including head of customer service, VP of support and telemarketing and VIP and since 2011, as senior vice president of operations.
