Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City has named Auggie Cipollini as their new senior vice president of administration. According to the company, Cipollini will be responsible for IT purchasing, retail sales and other financial aspects of the business.
This marks the latest in an impressive Hard Rock tenure so far for Cipollini–prior to this most recent role, Cipollini also served stints as the president of both Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, LLC and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood.
Joe Lupo, Hard Rock Atlantic City president, told CDC Gaming Reports that Cipollini’s “extensive experience in the gaming industry will have a strong impact on our team members and continue to push Hard Rock’s success in Atlantic City.”
An Atlantic city veteran, Cipollini started his gaming career with Harrah’s Atlantic City all the way back in 1984, eventually becoming their casino controller in 1998. He also spent time as an executive for Borgata.
In addition to his current duties, Cipollini is also a board member for Shore Medical Center in New Jersey, where he serves on numerous committees.
