The Sugar Factory American Brasserie will open in early 2019 at Hard Rock Casino Biloxi, featuring its signature floor-to-ceiling wall with 500 kinds of novelty and bulk candies. The 5,000 square foot shop, the world’s 24th Sugar Factory, also will offer a full-service café, confectionary, retail store and full-service bar and be open all day and night. Sugar Factory Managing Partner Tom Recine said, “Casinos are the perfect place for our lively atmosphere and playful menu.”
The café will feature coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, specialty rainbow doughnuts, pastries and exclusive gelatos. The 120-seat dining room, complete with red tufted banquettes and crystal chandeliers, will offer light bites like mac and cheese puffs, Margarita flatbread, monster burgers, steaks, salads, crepes and specialty pizzas.
Sugar Factory’s King Kong Sundae will top off the dessert list, with its 24 scoops of ice cream plus toppings, large enough to satisfy up to 12 people.
The full menu will be available at the 13-seat marble bar, where patrons can enjoy smoking cocktails like the Watermelon Mojito, featuring Pitbull’s Voli 305 vodka and sour watermelon gummies. Children can sip on non-alcoholic versions of the candy cocktails.
