A job fair recently was held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida to fill 1,200 full and part-time positions at the property’s new 450-foot guitar-shaped hotel. Officials said jobs are available in banquets, beverage, cash operations, culinary, front desk, housekeeping, poker, pool operations, public space, restaurant outlets, security, slot operations and stewarding. The job fair was the first of many that will be held throughout the summer, officials said.
Hard Rock benefits include health care, complimentary team member meals, a 401(k) plan and promotion opportunities. Spokesman Gary Bitner said the resort currently employs 3,200 people, not including vendors and others not directly employed by Seminole Gaming.
