Las Vegas-based Everi Holdings Inc., which provides gaming products and payment solutions to the casino industry, has appointed Harper Ko executive vice president and chief legal officer – general counsel.
She will be responsible for the company’s legal and regulatory compliance. Ko is a veteran of 17 years of corporate and regulatory compliance in the industry. Her most recent position was a deputy general counsel, gaming for Scientific Games Corporation—a position she held from 2014-2017.

Ko has a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a B.S. in Psychology as a Natural Science from the University of Michigan.
