A topping-out ceremony recently was held at Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Multi-Tainment Center in Cherokee, North Carolina. The final steel beam painted white and gold and signed by the construction team, casino and tribal officials and community leaders was raised into place, as tribal dignitaries, Cherokee Senior Games team members and the construction crew observed.
Multi-Tainment Center President Adam Saks said the $17.5 million, 52,000 square foot center, scheduled to open in the fall, “will bring residents and visitors exactly the kind of convenient entertainment options they’re looking for in a completely state- of-the-art facility.” The venue will feature a 24-lane bowling center, the most technologically advanced in the state; The UltraStar lanes, will offer the most technologically advanced bowling center in the state; VIP bowling with a sunset patio, a private room for special events, billiards and an inside/outside bar; a full-service restaurant with a performance space; and a cashless redemption arcade for all ages with 50 of the latest arcade games.
