Online gaming supplier Realistic Games has promoted Commercial Director Andy Harris to chief executive officer.
Harris, featured as one of the Gaming Intelligence Hot 50 in 2015, has served as commercial director for the supplier since 2012 and has been integral to the company’s significant growth since his appointment.
Harris has more than two decades’ experience working in senior operational roles in retail and iGaming. Having completed a graduate training program with Rank Group, he became a general manager for Grosvenor Casinos, before progressing to become head of business development of the operator’s iGaming arm Rank Interactive.
He then moved to BetVictor to lead the Gibraltar licensee’s casino and games business, before taking on the director of gaming role at Ladbrokes.
“I am very excited about moving into the new role of CEO at Realistic,” Harris said of his new position.
“We have a fantastic business and an exceptional team, and are very proud of our ability to deliver great content to a wide range of excellent operating partners. However, we have a significant appetite to improve the company in many ways, and have set ourselves some ambitious future goals and targets. We hope to achieve these by intelligently delivering the new business plan.”
