High Honors for Venetian/Palazzo Concierge Staff

Five concierge team members at The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas recently earned membership in the Les Clefs d’Or concierge organization, giving the luxury casino resort a dozen such concierge team members.

Concierge team members Cecilia Darr, Miranda LaBlanc, Carol Styles, Hermela Rutledge, and Lemlem Withers from The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas recently were inducted into the Les Clefs d’Or concierge organization, giving the casino a dozen such “keyed” concierge members.

“Having so many Les Clefs d’Or members is a tremendous accomplishment for our team and proves that our team members have a passion for what they do and a desire to make sure that every guest is well cared for while they are staying with us,” said The Venetian, The Palazzo, and Sands Expo President and COO George Markantonis.

Les Clefs d’Or membership is the highest professional achievement a concierge can obtain, and members are marked by crossed gold keys worn on lapels and considered local experts who typically exceed guests’ expectations.

The casino’s dozen Les Clefs d’Or members have 132 years of combined concierge experience.
