Positioned for leisure, business travelers
A 357-room Hilton hotel has opened at Resorts World Manila near Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The hotel “is nestled within the city’s most diversified integrated resort, close to key business districts and convention centers as well as museums and attractions,” the hospitality giant announced.
“The opening of Hilton Manila marks a strategic milestone for Hilton as we celebrate the entry into a key market within Southeast Asia,” said Paul Hutton, Southeast Asia Hilton vice president for operations.
“It speaks to the growth opportunities we see in the Philippines, and we are entering the city at a great time when we’re witnessing some of the strongest tourism growth, with an all-time high of foreign visitors into the Philippines in the first half of 2018. We look forward to enhancing the guest experience and playing an integral role in defining the hospitality landscape here in the Philippines,” he added.
With direct connections to Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila skybridge, the hotel also connects to the Manila Bayside leisure and tourist hub via the NAIA Expressway and the Makati business center by the Metro Manila Skyway.
All guest rooms are furnished with Hilton’s signature Serenity bed; a four-point bathroom with rain shower; and Digital Key “direct-to-room” technology that allows guests to use smartphones or tablets as room keys. The Hilton also serves up “unparalleled dining options, exceptional amenities and premier MICE (meetings, incentives, conferencing, exhibitions) facilities,” the company stated.
“We celebrate our commitment to being the most hospitable company in the world, combining renowned Hilton hospitality with the genuine warmth of Filipino service,” according to Hilton Manila General Manager Simon McGrath. “Located minutes from the airport and within Manila’s lifestyle and entertainment hub, business guests and leisure travelers will be able to capitalize on Hilton Manila as a versatile venue for conferences, meetings and social gatherings, as well as an ideal location for staycation getaways.”
