At Bally, he successfully executed operational and organizational responsibilities, including global manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, M&A negotiations/integrations, human resources, facilities and other strategic initiatives.

Previously, he held senior financial and P&L roles at SGL Carbon, while the company was carved out of its Hoechst/Siemens ownership in the largest European IPO of its time; at Electro Scientific Industries, where he provided P&L direction to the Machine Vision/Robotics division; and at MicroField Group as CFO, where he successfully transitioned the company to a healthy private entity.

House Advantage President & CEO Jon Wolfe said, “I am thrilled to welcome Gary to House Advantage, particularly at this significant period of growth for the company. Gary’s experience with a variety of global companies, both in gaming and in other industries, combined with his solid business acumen, strategic competence and ability to execute global growth initiatives, align perfectly with our rapidly developing global footprint.”
