At its annual meeting in Las Vegas, the International Association of Gaming Advisors announced its 2018-2019 officers for the fiscal year starting November 1. They are:
- President: John McManus, executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, MGM Resorts International
- Vice President: John Hagan, partner, Harris Hagan
- Secretary: Luke Orchard, senior vice president and chief compliance and risk management officer, IGT
- Treasurer: Ellen Whittemore, executive vice president and general counsel, Wynn Resorts
- Assistant Treasurer: John Stawyskyj, partner and sector head Hotels, Leisure and Gaming, Ashurst Australia
- General Counsel: William Downey, partner, Fox Rothschild
IAGA also announced its members voted to appoint the following individuals to its board of trustees, effective immediately:
- Santiago Asensi, managing partner, Asensi Abogados
- Stephanie Cheung, executive vice president and chief legal officer, Melco Resorts
- Jon Duffy, director of corporate assurance and regulatory affairs, Genting UK
- Tracey Elkerton, global head of regulatory and product compliance, Aristocrat Leisure
- Dr. Wulf Hambach, founding partner, Hambach and Hambach
- Christine Masino, senior director of regulatory compliance, IGT
- Loretta A. Tuell, managing principle, Tuell Law
The following trustees were appointed to a 3-year second term:
- Paul G.V. Baker, president, Grand Lisboa Palace
- Jeff Barbin, partner, Phelps Dunbar
- Kelly Gass, president, San Marco Capital Partners
- Stephen Martino, senior Vice president and chief compliance officer, MGM Resorts International
- Kimberly Maxon-Rushton, partner, Cooper Levenson

McManus also thanked outgoing IAGA President Laura McAllister Cox, noting “during her presidency our membership grew to its highest level to date and held an exceptional International Gaming Summit in Macau.”
