Francis Andrew SiJohn, chief executive officer for the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel in Worley, Idaho was arrested last week and booked on charges of misdemeanor battery.

Police answered an early morning call in Post Falls from a caller who said several men had fled her house after beating her husband. She named two of the men, including SiJohn and gave a description of the car.

Police stopped the car, noticed that SiJohn, a passenger in the back, had blood on his hands, clothes and face—whose left eye was nearly swollen shut. They detained the car and contacted the victim who said he and SiJohn had a drunken argument and that the CEO threatened to bring “some guys to his house,” according to KHQ news. The promised group did show up, and two of them attacked him, sending him to the emerge room.

SiJohn, who was not one of the two doing the physical beating, was charged with battery after he received treatment for his own injuries. He claimed he got them in a fall.
