When online casino companies talk about establishing a base in the U.S., New Jersey often comes to mind first.
The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement approved a transactional permit to Malta-based content developer Wazdan Games. Wazdan will offer a selection of titles including 9 Lions, Larry the Leprechaun and Sizzling 777 Deluxe.
Wazdan also has alliances with Blox and Gamingtec, Danish sports betting and iGaming operator 25syv, and two Crowd Entertainment brands, Princess Casino and CashPot.
“New Jersey needs no introduction as a market and we’re thrilled to be able to offer some of our most popular games to operators in the state. With more to come from us in this territory, it’s the first step on a very exciting journey,” said Andrzej Hyla, Wazdan’s chief commercial officer.
New Jersey online casinos took in revenue of $107.7 million in April, up almost 35 percent from April 2020, though less than the record setting $113.7 million in March.
