International Game Technology (IGT) has entered into a multi-year systems agreement with tribal-run property Red Earth Casino in Thermal, California.
Under the deal, IGT will replace the venue’s existing casino management system with its IGT ADVANTAGE CMS. Red Earth Casino has previously been working with a competitor of IGT.
The new deployment encompasses some of IGT’s most recent systems advancements. These include IGT ADVANTAGE’s new FloorNet architecture, which features a “message bus” design, and IGT SystemWatch, which provides 24/7 system monitoring.
In addition to rolling out IGT ADVANTAGE CMS, the partnership covers other enhancements at the property. This includes a full-floor systems-hardware upgrade with advanced AVENTO capabilities, leveraging IGT’s W2G Accrual and Mobile Responder modules, and utilizing IGT’s M5 content management platform.
Red Earth Casino Eyes Personalized Player Experience
Speaking about the partnership, Red Earth Casino General Manager Michael Broderick talks up the importance of personalized player experiences. He said working with IGT means players will enjoy a more memorable visit to the property.
“The versatility of IGT ADVANTAGE and the power of M5 technology equip Red Earth Casino to deliver a deeply personalized player experience while scaling seamlessly for future growth,” Broderick said.
“This platform is not just an upgrade. It is a fundamental part of our long-term strategy to innovate, expand, and lead in the next era of tribal gaming.”
Nick Khin, IGT President, Global Gaming, also welcomed the new deal. He said Red Earth Casino will benefit from operational efficiencies and improved player satisfaction.
“As the strategic importance of real-time data and player convenience features continues to grow, it’s an excellent time for Red Earth Casino to invest in the IGT ADVANTAGE CMS to meet the opportunities of today and the future,” Khin said.
“In packaging IGT’s leading CMS with a variety of apps and a floor-wide systems hardware upgrade, Red Earth Casino can quickly benefit from operational efficiencies and increased player satisfaction.”
