Illinois City Awaits Gaming Board Decision

The Illinois Gaming Board is vetting three applicants for the casino gaming license in Waukegan. They are Full House Resorts and North Point Casino. The third applicant is Midwest Gaming (rendering of project at left), which owns Rivers Casino in Des Plaines and includes Rush Street Gaming and 35 percent-owner Churchill Downs, owner of Arlington Park Racetrack.
