Illinois’ Third Sportsbook Opens; Adds More Licenses

Grand Victoria Casino (l.) in Elgin, Illinois recently opened the third sportsbook in the state under the William Hill brand. Rivers Casino in Des Plaines opened Illinois' first brick-and-mortar sportsbook, followed by Argosy Casino in Alton. Rivers launched its sports betting app in June. And more licenses were approve in the Land of Lincoln.
