Immerfall Named Player Development Executive

Seminole Casino Brighton in Florida has named Steffanie Immerfall as its new player development executive. A 20-year casino industry veteran, Immerfall previously served as resorts sales manager at Windcreek Casinos in Alabama and held various executive positions at Harrah's/Ameristar Casino in East Chicago, Indiana.

Steffanie Immerfall, a 20-year casino industry veteran, recently was named player development executive at Seminole Casino Brighton in Florida. In her new position, Immerfall will establish relationships within the community to reach new guests and introduce the property to new players. In addition, she will stage more community and charitable events to help establish Brighton as a premier entertainment destination in the local community.

Previously, Immerfall, a native of Chicago, was resorts sales manager at Windcreek Casinos in Alabama, focusing on business development and sales for both Windcreek Montgomery and Windcreek Wetumpka. At Windcreek, Immerfall received four Romero Awards recognizing excellence in casino marketing.

She also spent 17 years at Harrah’s/Ameristar Casinos in East Chicago, Indiana, where she served as slot operations manager, food and beverage/hotel operations manager and player’s club, promotions and special events manager.

Said Immerfall, “I am a firm believer in the saying that when you love what you do, you never have to work another day in your life. I love what I do and always find a way to make my work environment a fun and happy place to be. My true passion is in elevating the guest experience while on property through service initiatives and using new technology to simplify the guest experience.”

Immerfall is a graduate of Purdue University.
