Slot supplier Incredible Technologies’ record growth has earned the company a place on the Inc. 5000 list for a second time, as one of America’s fastest-growing privately held companies.

Incredible Technologies ranks No. 2014 with 191 percent growth.

The company was first recognized on the list in 1991, when it was ranked 64th out of 500.

Co-founders Richard Ditton, executive vice president, and Elaine Hodgson, president and CEO, founded the company in 1985 as a basement start-up with less than a dozen employees. With beginnings in amusement gaming hardware, IT became known for the iconic Golden Tee Golf amusement game before exhibiting its first casino slot games at Global Gaming Expo in 2008.

“When Richard and I founded this company, we never knew how big our endeavor would grow to be,” said Hodgson. “In the beginning we had to bet on ourselves for success, and eventually that grew to counting on our employees.

“It’s clearly paid off. Now with more than 250 people, we strive to lead a company that continues to experience record growth by not only releasing high-performing products, but also by keeping our employees happy and fulfilled in their roles.”
