Indian State Lifts iGaming Ban

An online gaming ban in India’s Tamil Nadu state has been struck down by the Madras High Court.

Online gaming providers Adda52, PokerBaazi, Spartan Poker and MPL Poker have relaunched their services and others, including PokerStars, plan to do so soon.

The court struck down the entire section in the Tamil Nadu Gaming Act that banned real-money online games. The act was adopted last year.
