The Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians has broken ground on the expansion of its Four Winds South Bend (l.) in Indiana, including a 23-story, 317-room hotel tower with a spa, convention space, bar and grille and rooftop pool. The tribe also asked that negotiations begin on a Class III gaming compact, allowing it to offer slots and table games.
