Inspired Gaming announced two new contracts, one to supply Norway’s Norsk Tipping with video lottery terminals and another renewing its contract to supply Italian gaming operator SNAI with its popular Virtual Sports program.
Inspired will supply VLT games to Norsk Tipping’s Multix and Belago VLT platforms in Norway. Norsk Tipping is Norway’s only VLT operator, with over 4,300 terminals across over 2,200 venues. In 2011, Inspired was selected as one of only three companies to supply content to Norsk Tipping’s VLT platforms, including its hit games Diamond Goddess, Monster Cash and Jungle Bucks
Following the recent tender for new VLT games, Inspired will be launching a minimum of four new games, including Centurion and Super Hot Fruits. Inspired was also awarded an additional game due to its ability to develop a new game in the shortest timeframe.
“Norsk Tipping is a highly regarded lottery, and we’re delighted to have been selected again as one of their premium content partners,” said Martin Lucas, managing director for VLT and new markets at Inspired Gaming. “We invest a significant amount in our content R&D, and are committed to developing the best content, which keeps players entertained, while driving incremental growth for our customers.”
Lene Finstad, executive vice president of product and brands for Norsk Tipping, added, “We are very pleased to continue to have Inspired as one of our three partners delivering new games to our terminals. Inspired has provided us with high-quality games for many years, and in the tender Inspired demonstrated clearly a strategy to progress even further in the Multix and Belago markets.”
In a separate release, Inspired announced that it has renewed its Virtual Sports contract with SNAI, an Italian gaming operator.
Inspired currently provides SNAI with eight premium Virtual Sports across retail and online, and will soon add “Rush Football 2” to the list. Rush Football 2 boasts life-like Ultra HD graphics and over 25 bet markets.
The contract forms a strategic partnership between Inspired’s Virtual Sports product roadmap and SNAI’s retail and online gaming expansion and future mobile deployment. SNAI will benefit from future enhancements made to Inspired’s Virtual Sports suite, as well as the addition of innovative new games and product features.
Inspired is making significant investment into its Virtual Sports product roadmap. It has just completed an extensive omnichannel consumer research project to get greater insight into Italian player preferences.
Vitaliano Casalone, president of Inspired Italia, comments, “There is a clear affinity between SNAI’s and Inspired’s growth plans. As SNAI increases its omnichannel offering, and increases the amount of events it runs each day, it will be supported by our evolving Virtual Sports product suite, which continues to lead the market with the most engaging and popular games.”
