Hospitality guest experience and staff management platforms provider Intelity has revealed a major rebrand and launched its new GEMS 2.0 guest experience management system.
Intelity said the refreshed brand and expanded product suite reflect the company’s approach to a unified solution for customers. The provider works with a range of clients across the casino sector.
Tying in with this is GEMS 2.0, a reimagined operations hub designed to unify digital guest and staff touchpoints. The solutions offer real-time analytics, customizable dashboards and predictive workflows.
Also possible is integration across PMS, POS, ticketing systems, and IoT systems, which Intelity said empowers users to deliver personalized, efficient service while reducing complexity.
Intelity Unveils AI Concierge
Also new from Intelity is AI Concierge, the first product within its Nexus AI platform.
The new offering combines natural language intelligence with guest profile data to offer personalized recommendations, automated service requests and real-time upsell opportunities across web, mobile and in-room tablets.
