Interblock Launches Record ETG Footprint

Interblock Luxury Gaming Products announced that Resorts World Casino New York City (RWNY) now offers North America’s largest electronic table game footprint within one casino with more than 1,000 ETG units—896 are recurring-revenue Interblock units, showcasing a variety of configurations and formats from Organic Video units to large-scale Diamond Stadium configurations.

Most recently, Interblock placed 104 seats at the casino’s newest gaming destination, Central Park. The new gaming lounge is located on the third floor of the property, hosting 336 video lottery terminals and ETGs. These products range from Diamond Roulette and Craps to Stadium Gaming, including two Diamond Roulette units with 12 seats, two Diamond Craps units with 12 seats, one Big Six wheel with nine seats, and a Diamond Stadium with 41 seats.

Scott Molina, president of Resorts World Casino New York City commented, “This new product line will allow us to provide a more informative and dynamic table game experience as we are positioning our entertainment offering to satisfy our existing customer base and attract a new generation of gamers who want to play on more integrated and skill-based platforms.”

The Stadium is equipped with an extensive video wall composed of six LCD displays and two automated card generators. The video wall displays automated games in play, statistics and game history. Players can play up to four games from a single play station within the Stadium including roulette, craps, multi-hand blackjack, sic bo and baccarat. Craps, roulette, and multi-hand blackjack results are generated by external generators located on the casino floor.

John Connelly, CEO of Interblock, commented, “We truly value the partnership we have with Genting and all their properties worldwide. With over five Stadiums and a soon-to-be-launched Pulse Arena, Resorts World is quickly becoming a showcase for how a significant volume of ETGs can bring incremental dollars to casino operators. We will continue to work with Resorts World to launch cutting-edge technology in this sector in the months ahead.”

Joc Pečečnik, founder and chairman of Interblock, commented, “Resorts World has been a trusted partner for Interblock since we decided to enter the U.S. over seven years ago. Their friendship and willingness to innovate only makes us strive to work harder to improve their casino’s performance. This latest installation will bring new and cutting-edge technology to the casino, which I strongly believe will take the ETG business to the next level.”

Interblock plans to bring an additional 36 units before the end of the year that will bring Interblock’s footprint at the property to more than 900 recurring-revenue seats and more than 1,300 seats in New York state.
