E-table supplier Interblock USA has named Paul Omohundro as product manager. He will be based in the company’s North American headquarters in Las Vegas.
Omohundro brings over 25 years of sales, marketing, and product management expertise primarily in the gaming industry to Interblock.
Most recently, Omohundro served as director of electronic table games for Aruze Gaming America Inc., where he was responsible for direct input to R&D for enhancements, new development and testing, sales and customer training, and direct sales and marketing, all on a global level. Under his leadership, the active seat footprint more than doubled in size, while increasing the daily win per seat.
“Unlike other gaming fields, ETGs have a global shortage of product experts,” said Colleen Stanton, Interblock’s global vice president of marketing. “Adding Paul to our team means that we can maintain the levels of quality and growth Interblock customers expect. His expertise will give Interblock a real edge as we continue to expand our business in the years ahead.”
Previous positions Omohundro held at Aruze include director of western regional sales and director of marketing. As marketing director, Omohundro successfully integrated Salesforce CRM, which is now used in all aspects of managing Aruze’s product portfolio and transitioned the marketing department from fragmented regional operations in the Philippines, Japan, Australia, South Africa and the U.S., to a centralized global effort.
Prior to Aruze Gaming, Omohundro served as the founder and president of Fairway Gaming LLC, a consulting, and sales company to the gaming industry. Omohundro also served as vice president of sales for DEQ Systems Corporation, where he was largely responsible for the successful commercialization of EZ Baccarat and EZ Trac, and as chief operating officer of the DEQ subsidiaries DEQ-USA and DP Stud Inc.
