IPI Close to Casino Commission Settlement

A financial backer may have come to the rescue of Imperial Pacific International. IPI needs millions to prevent its license to operate its casino (l.) in Saipan from being yanked by the Commonwealth Casino Commission. IPI says the backer is prepared to provide $150 million to settle all its debts.
