Joanne Israel is the new general manager of the Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in Downtown Buffalo.
Israel most recently served as Seneca Gaming Corporation’s director of finance. She is an accountant and earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from Niagara University.
The Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino is undergoing an expansion that will provide space for another 300 slots, plus new table games, and a restaurant.
When the expansion is completed, Seneca Gaming anticipates hiring another 300 workers.
