Jackson Rancheria to Install COG

House Advantage will install its “Casino On The GO” interactive player application for use at the Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort.

House Advantage has signed an agreement to install its new interactive player application “Casino On the Go” (COG) at California’s Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort.

COG drives loyalty and frequent usage through interactive content, behavior-driven triggered awards and the latest tools for mobile user engagement. COG builds on existing casino loyalty programs by reinforcing and extending how a casino communicates to its customers, supporting new channels for the distribution of casino offers and creating a new extension for the company brand. The entire toolset is available on the popular iOS and Android mobile platforms.

“After seeing a demonstration of Casino On the Go, we were convinced that its multiple layers of engagement and interactive content made it the solution we were searching for,” said Jackson Rancheria Director of Information Technology Damien Dinh.

“In the casino, on the way to the casino, or at any other time during the day, Casino On the Go is a forward-thinking technology to keep players connected with the casino’s brand at many levels. Everyone’s smart phones are full of apps they don’t use. People won’t spend their most valuable commodity, time, without an equitable exchange of value.”

“COG enables real customer engagement between casinos and their customers,” added House Advangate President and CEO Jon Wolfe. “Deep system integration drives distinct, timely and relevant experiences that can speak directly to customers in the authentic voice of the customer’s brand. COG presents content and choices that retain and attract player attention, developed by the leaders in player loyalty. We are thrilled to formally debut this incredible new technology with Jackson Rancheria.”

Key features include fast feedback with adPressions, real-time awards, refer-a-friend rewards and rich, centrally managed content on the customer’s casino amenities. Full social media integration allows users to bridge their online and casino experiences.
