Jamul Casino in San Diego County, California has announced the hire of Benjamin Petell as its new Director of Food & Beverage/Retail.
Petell is a veteran of 15 years of experience managing large-scale resort food and beverage operations. He will be responsible for the casino’s seven restaurants, two of which have won San Diego Union Tribune’s San Diego Best Readers Poll.
He was previously Director of Beverage at Pechanga Resort Casino. Jamul’s President and General Manager, Mary Cheeks, said, “Jamul Casino is planning extraordinary new offerings, and Ben’s talent is timely.”
