JCM Global announced that the three newest U.S. —MGM National Harbor in Maryland, Rivers Casino & Resort Schenectady, and del Lago Resort Casino in Waterloo, New York, have each opened with 100 percent JCM Global products on their gaming floors.
In the newest installation, each of the 2,001 games on del Lago’s floor uses JCM’s iVIZION and GEN2 U thermal printer, and JCM’s ICB (Intelligent Cash Box) system.
JCM will replace del Lago’s GEN2 U printers with JCM’s new GEN5 later this year, making del Lago one of the world’s first casinos to be an all-GEN5 property.
“We were thrilled to win 100 percent of the floor at del Lago Resort Casino,” said Jason Cribbs, global vice president of sales for JCM. “In markets worldwide, casinos of all sizes are recognizing the power of iVIZION and the capabilities it brings to the casino floor. Additionally, the technology of the GEN2 U and particularly the new GEN5 clearly indicate JCM is on the leading edge of casino technology, giving our customers a high ROI.”
JCM’s iVIZION provides defense against counterfeiters and other cheats because its CIS technology scans 75 times more data points than any bill validator in its class, and its patented anti-stringing device directly targets mechanical cheats by detecting and preventing manipulation.
Paired with iVIZION, JCM’s ICB system is field-proven to reduce or eliminate multiple points of human error, streamlining the drop and reconciliation process. Optional web reporting gives detailed, customizable reports from across the casino floor.
JCM’s industry-leading GEN2 U comes equipped with many standard features such as a larger paper storage capacity, expanded graphics memory and anti-jam detection. The next-generation GEN5 is one of the most technologically advanced printers available, and when combined with del Lago’s iVIZION bill validators, will allow the property to take advantage of a wealth of modern applications using JCM’s new FUZION technology.
