They like their online poker in Jersey City.
Statistics show that after the first six months of legal online gambling in New Jersey, more players from Jersey City play on Caesars Entertainment online gambling sites than any other town in the state, according to a study done by Caesars.
Players in Jersey City also spend more time logged onto Caesars Interactive online sites than players from other locations and Jersey City has overtaken Toms River as the city with the most active users on all three Caesars Interactive websites—HarrahsCasino.com, CaesarsCasino.com and WSOP.com.
“Jersey City from month one has been performing well for us,” said Seth Palansky, a spokesman for Caesars Interactive Entertainment to NJ.com.
Palansky said Jersey City users spend an average of 43 minutes on the Harrah’s and Caesars websites, and an average of 76 minutes on WSOP.com.
