Joseph Eve CPAs announced that the 12 Tribes Colville Casinos of Washington state—12 Tribes, Mill Bay, and Couklee Dam Casinos— will participate in the JE University program of Title 31 compliance training.
The online training software JE University helps casinos maintain the highest levels of compliance with Title 31 anti-money laundering regulations. Its continuously updated content ensures staff are up-to-date with new, critical compliance information.
12 Tribes Chief Financial Officer William Smith said, “Across each of our three locations, we strive diligently to meet compliance criteria. After learning about JE University, we were impressed with its content, flexibility, and automatic notifications of when re-testing is due. We are excited to implement JE University and to have our staff participate in the training.”
With JE University, every department in the casino is trained on compliance issues relating to anti-money laundering as required by varying laws and regulations.
“From coast to coast, the number of casinos joining JE University continues to rise rapidly,” said Joseph Eve partner Grant Eve. “This is because compliance officers understand the value JE University provides, both in terms of how it helps them to automatically track training compliance and in the convenience it offers to employees who can now train online with consistency that only this type of software can provide.”
JE University is designed to keep users abreast of compliance issues and maintain adherence to evolving regulatory compliance training requirements. The site’s course content was developed by Joseph Eve specifically for casino compliance personnel with the focus of an interactive online program in mind. Additionally, because the training is automated, the system conducts tests and automatically sends notifications when retesting is due, helping to guarantee compliance.
