Kansas Law Ups State Aid to Lure Chiefs, Royals

They aren’t in Kansas, but Kansas would like them to be. So the state has amended its STAR program to increase the percentage Kansas will pay for stadiums to lure the Super Bowl Chiefs and the Royals from Missouri.
