Rush Street Gaming has named Bill Keena general manager of Rivers Casino in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He takes over from Craig Clark, who recently left the position.
Keena is formerly from Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, Illinois, which he opened in 2011 as general manager and which became the top performing casino in the state.
Rivers Casino opened in 2009 in Pittsburgh. It has 2,900 slots, 92 gaming tables and a 30-table poker room. It also has nine restaurants, an amphitheater along the river and an events center. It has 1,700 employees.
Keena has been in the gaming industry for three decades, having entered the industry after he graduated from the University of Las Vegas. He began with Harrah’s and eventually rose to manage the Harrah’s Laughlin, Nevada and Harrah’s St. Louis, Missouri.
