Konami Gaming, Inc. announced the promotion of Lori Olk to vice president, regulatory compliance, “following years of demonstrated leadership in ensuring proper licensing and ongoing compliance across all jurisdictions the company serves,” according to the press announcement.
Olk joined Konami Gaming, Inc. as regulatory compliance manager in 2011 and advanced to a senior leadership position within five years. As vice president, regulatory compliance, Olk oversees all licensing for Konami and carries a key role in ensuring that business practices, policies and transactions fully comply with governmental regulatory requirements for all jurisdictions where the company operates, and leads efforts toward effective resolution as necessary.
Olk reports directly to Konami Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer Thomas A. Jingoli. She has more than 20 years of experience in regulatory compliance.
